Annette is an enthusiastic and experienced learning and development professional, with 18 years experience at all levels of the learning and development industry, in  public , private and non profit organizations.  She is able to to facilitate learning on a group and one to one basis, establish training needs on an individual basis, and devise personal development and training plans. She has experience of building relationships with directors and senior managers and of tailoring management development strategy with business strategy. She has worked in the UK, Ireland, Japan and Singapore.

Personal interests

“I'm a real TV addict!!  I enjoy watching almost anything, especially the medical dramas. I also enjoy a good book, mostly crime and thrillers.  However, I counterbalance  sitting around, with walking 4 miles,  most days. I spend most of my summers in France and have attempted to learn French on numerous occasions, but I have decided that this is the year and I have enrolled in a year-long French class. I spend the rest of my time ferrying my daughter to various activities.
