Boomer Industries (www.boomer.co.uk)is a dynamic and forward-thinking specialist in the plastic extrusion industry, with customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Further to a management buy-out of the company, the Directors identified an opportunity to up-skill the existing workforce and develop the leadership capabilities of their existing team members.

Journey:

Our experts worked closely with the senior management team and HR support function to develop a bespoke leadership and management programme designed for front-line supervisors.

Outcome:

The programme delivered enhanced leadership and management capabilities amongst the front-line supervisory team that equipped them to implement a broad range of improvement projects within the organisation that helped Boomer Industries to:
