The Effective Manager Programme is designed specifically for both experienced managers and those relatively new to the role.  We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver impact by taking a practical approach to supporting the implementation of culture change within the workplace.

Entry criteria: Whilst we strive to minimize the barriers to participation on all our programmes, it is likely that potential candidates who have not achieved O-Level/GCSE Maths and English grade C or above would have difficultly completing the programme.

Cost : £750 per candidate (+VAT)
