It is a popular misconception that the journey to Investors in People is bureaucratic and involves a lot of paperwork. In fact, when a business is assessed, no paper evidence is needed! Commitment from the business owner is required, but the focus is on outcomes, not on the processes that achieve them.
How does a Group Programme work?
Once your organisation has committed to the programme and received an initial 'diagnostic' review (a snapshot of current strengths and weaknesses against the IiP standard) and an Action Plan specifically prepared for your business to guide you on your IiP journey. You will be invited to join other business owners and their teams Business owners attending a series of business improvement workshops. You also receive one to one consultancy support tailored to the specific requirements of their business. Formal assessment against the IiP standard is also included.
