Context:

Firstsource (www.firstsource.com) is a global provider of outsourced solutions primarily for the telecommunications sector. 

Firstsource in Northern Ireland were experiencing a period of massive growth and required the appropriate management structure and capabilities to deal with a workforce that had virtually doubled in size in just under two years.  Senior management at Firstsource required a bespoke and tailored management development programme to be developed for them as senior management team and then cascaded throughout all levels of the workforce.

Journey:

Our team developed four bespoke management development programmes and delivered these at each management level within the organisation.
