IMPROVING PROCESSES AND ENHANCING QUALITY IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR

The Health Promotion Agency (www.healthpromotionagency.org.uk) aims to provide leadership, strategic direction and support, where possible, to all those involved in promoting health in Northern Ireland.  The organisation wishes to streamline process efficiencies across all areas and to ensure consistency of approach in the delivery of the highest standards possible.

By working with the client, our team identified that the internationally recognised standard of good practice ISO9001 would be an appropriate tool to facilitate the necessary changes.

Journey:

Our team worked closely with the Health Promotion Agency staff to identify key processes and opportunities for streamlining and improving these.  A thorough review of the Agency’s internal processes was undertaken supported by Next Level Impact and a range of efficiency improvements were introduced.

Outcome:

The overall project resulted in increased organisational effectiveness and better efficiencies across all areas.
