Monkstown Dental Practice (www.monkstowndentalpractice.com) is a thriving and successful dental practice in the greater Belfast area of Northern Ireland. The Partners wanted to embark upon a programme of organisational change and to ‘unleash potential’ at all levels within the practice.
Journey:
We supported the practice through a range of programmes and organisational improvement initiatives. Our team provided 1 to 1 coaching, on-site training, business improvement advice and support with the implementation of ‘improvement projects’ that helped the practice to maximize staff engagement and reach new levels of patient and customer care.
