Sandra is a graduate of Queen’s University and an Associate member of the CIPD with 15 years experience in the field of Training and Development. She has successfully delivered Management Development Programmes leading to ILM certification up to senior management level. Sandra has worked within the private, educational, voluntary and community sectors however she has gained particular prominence within the Contact Centre environment as she comes from a Telesales/Call Handling background. Sandra has successfully delivered projects for a diverse and varied client-base that includes the PSNI, CWA, BT, Allstate N.I. Axa Insurance, Firstsource, Queen’s University and many more.

Personal interests

“I have a real love of travel and experiencing  different cultures, food and language (especially the food!). I have a particular interest in Spanish culture having lived and worked for a period in Barcelona, and have ownership of a property in South East Spain which I visit as often as I can. However the practicalities of having a young child brings certain challenges and limitations to the travel but we still usually manage two to three trips away a year! What relaxes me is breaking away from the routine of daily life so I take every opportunity to plan and organise days out and other social events with family and friends whenever possible. I love variety and spontaneity and search those out as a means of winding down and taking time out.”
