Next Level Impact Limited is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, in line with UK Government policy and the ambitions of our public sector clients.

As a provider of leadership development, governance consultancy, executive coaching, training and organisational development services, we recognise our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our operations and to continually improve our environmental performance.

We are committed to measuring, monitoring and reducing our carbon emissions and integrating sustainable practices into the delivery of our services.

Carbon Reduction Targets

To support achievement of Net Zero by 2050, Next Level Impact has adopted the following interim targets:

By 2030:

  • Reduce total operational carbon emissions by 50% from the baseline.

  • Deliver at least 80% of coaching, mentoring and consultancy sessions virtually where appropriate.

  • Reduce business travel emissions by 60%.

  • Maintain a predominantly paperless operation.

  • Increase use of local suppliers and digital learning solutions.

By 2040:

  • Reduce total operational emissions by 80% from baseline.

By 2050:

  • Achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions.

Carbon Reduction Projects

The following environmental management measures have been implemented or are planned:

Implemented Measures

  • Digital-first delivery model for coaching, consultancy and training.

  • Extensive use of virtual meeting platforms to minimise travel.

  • Electronic learning materials and assessments.

  • Paperless administration and document management systems.

  • Electronic signatures and cloud-based record management.

  • Remote and hybrid working arrangements reducing commuting requirements.

  • Energy-efficient IT equipment and responsible equipment replacement practices.

Planned Measures

  • Annual carbon footprint review and reporting.

  • Increased monitoring of business travel emissions.

  • Preference for public transport and low-emission travel where practical.

  • Increased use of local venues and local associates to reduce travel requirements.

  • Environmental considerations incorporated into supplier selection processes.

  • Review of opportunities to source renewable electricity where applicable.

  • Further reduction in printing and physical resource usage.

Environmental Management

Next Level Impact maintains an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System and incorporates environmental considerations into operational planning, service delivery and supplier management processes. Environmental performance is reviewed as part of our management review and continuous improvement activities.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN/WPPN 006 and associated guidance and reporting standards.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with recognised greenhouse gas reporting principles and available operational data appropriate to the size and nature of the organisation.

The Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
