Course Description
To introduce new or prospective supervisors, team leaders and managers to the role and the key skills required to fulfil the role.

Individuals who are about to take up or have recently moved to their first management position.

The programme can be delivered through a 1 day masterclass or one to one coaching. Resources and support materials are available through our online learning platform.
