Congratulations to Gareth Wilson, Business Development Manager for Drilling and Pumping Supplies Ltd. (DPS). DPS was founded in 1983 as a supplier of drilling equipment and small agricultural pumps. Since then the business has grown steadily and evolved to meet the growing market demand for pumping equipment and bespoke projects. DPS has now become established as the leading supplier of high quality, pumping equipment throughout Ireland. As well as consulting sales engineers, the business includes dedicated service teams for the installation and servicing of pumps and large project installations. Gareth has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and business expansion.

Gareth successfully achieved CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership Diploma and Chartered Manager status.

Northern Ireland's Most Recent Chartered Fellow

Congratulations to Guy Poland, Northern Ireland’s latest Chartered Fellow. Guy received his certificate today at Queens University Graduate School, where he successfully completed his CMI L7 qualifications last year.

Guy has a proven track record of coaching leaders and managers to bring out the best in others through the application of the science of how we learn. We were very impressed by the positive difference he has made to organisations within the UK and on an international basis by improving people, processes and systems. His approach role-models the CMI Code of Conduct and Practice.
