Founded in 2009, Next Level Impact became a CMI Approved Centre in 2011. Since then, we have supported hundreds of aspiring and experienced managers, leaders, coaches and consultants in developing their professional capabilities, achieving nationally recognised qualifications and advancing their careers.
Our 15-year relationship with CMI reflects a shared commitment to raising professional standards, recognising management excellence and helping individuals and organisations realise their full potential.

Over the past 15 years, Next Level Impact has worked with individuals and organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors, supporting management and leadership development at every stage of the professional journey.

Commitment to Professional Standards
Next Level Impact's contribution to the management profession extends beyond the delivery of qualifications.
Our CEO, Martin Rice, is an experienced management and leadership professional who contributes to professional assessment, consultancy standards and the recognition of management competence.
His professional responsibilities have included working as a CMI Chartered Manager Assessor, Chartered Management Consultant and Chief National Assessor for the Institute of Consulting.
This professional involvement helps ensure that our programmes remain firmly connected to the practical requirements of modern management, leadership and organisational development.
